Builders and contractors in the Netherlands can offer a Welsa outdoor sauna within their projects. Welsa handles product advice and assembly. We coordinate preparation, crane work and connections with your team and agree the scope and commercial terms in advance.
Discuss your projectPreparation before delivery
Agree the model and location before building foundations and installing services. Cube models differ in width; the Cube 300 includes a separate shower zone, so water and drainage options must also be discussed. Schematic product floor plans are not foundation plans.
Crane access and the construction schedule
Assess the delivery route, working space and crane position alongside the construction schedule. Temporary storage, fencing, overhangs and other work may affect access. Welsa can organise crane work; costs and timing are agreed for the project.
Clear responsibilities at handover
Agree who provides foundations, power and any water connections, and when they must be ready. Welsa can organise these elements or coordinate with your contractors. Also agree who updates the client and what service arrangements apply after installation.

Compare external dimensions and bench length. The Cube 300 has the sauna space of the 200 with a separate shower zone. Confirm the specification and suitability for your intended use in the project proposal.

Does our building company have to assemble the sauna?
No. Welsa handles assembly. Preparatory work is agreed with your team; we can also organise foundations, crane work and electricity.
Are crane work and connections included in the sauna price?
Published starting prices include VAT, a HUUM heater, Wi-Fi control, transport and installation on the Dutch mainland. Crane work, foundations, electricity and any water services are quoted separately.
Can Welsa guarantee a fixed delivery time for my schedule?
A specific delivery and installation schedule is agreed in the project proposal. Only finalise a date after availability, preparation and the work have been confirmed with Welsa.
